A program card is a great way to give you a friendly push in the right direction. Especially if you are:
- Struggling to find motivation.
- Unsure what to train when you get to the gym.
- Need that extra little push to get your week started.
I will personally write out a program for you to do at gym or at home and give detailed comments on how to do everything on that program.
Note: Program cards will usually need to be updated every 3-4 weeks as your body will adapt to the routine and you will likely get bored of doing the same thing over and over.
