Having five seperate prorgram cards will be the perfect regime you need to get quick results in the gym. It will allow you to have your whole week of gym planned out. All you have to do is follow the instructions and workouts I give you and the results will speak for themsevles.

I will personally write out these programs for you to do at gym or at home and give detailed comments on how to do everything on those programs.
Note: Program cards will usually need to be updated every 3-4 weeks as your body will adapt to the routine and you will likely get bored of doing the same thing over and over.
