Having three seperate prorgram cards will allow more flexibility in training different muscle groups and it will increase your chances on reaching your goals at a faster rate with the addtional program card added to the mix. It will allow you to have a push program (Chest), pull program (Back), & Legs/Core program. These are all the essential muscle groups you need to improve yourself all-round.
Here are some options for muscle groups your program cards can consist of:
- Cardio (Mainly Legs)
I will personally write out these programs for you to do at gym or at home and give detailed comments on how to do everything on those programs.
Note: Program cards will usually need to be updated every 3-4 weeks as your body will adapt to the routine and you will likely get bored of doing the same thing over and over.
