Having two seperate prorgram cards is a great way to spilt up your sessions and be able to do different things so your workouts stay fresh.
Here are some options for muscle groups your program cards can consist of:
- Cardio (Mainly Legs)
I will personally write out these programs for you to do at gym or at home and give detailed comments on how to do everything on those programs.
Note: Program cards will usually need to be updated every 3-4 weeks as your body will adapt to the routine and you will likely get bored of doing the same thing over and over.
